American Axes will host a WATL Local Tournament at our Edgewater, Colorado location the weekend of July 18 – July 20, 2025.
Our venue will host tournament matches and we have an assortment of additional events that we would love to host throwers for practice, marathons, cash tournaments and a great time! Come check out our venue, located in one of the hottest hubs in Denver, Colorado. Minutes from downtown and in the beautiful setting of Sloan’s Lake. The market we call home boasts the #1 Food Hall in Denver for the last 2 years as well as a brewery and full-service bar.

PRACTICE LANES:
Practice lanes will be available at the conclusion of the each day’s events, these will be shared lanes so please be courteous to everyone trying to practice.
Thursday, 7/17:
4pm-10pm – Practice Lanes available
Friday, 7/18:
10am – Doors open at 10am
12pm – $100 – Hatchet Marathon – Using it as a warmup to practice for Saturday / practice lanes available at the conclusion of the marathon.
Saturday, 7/19:
9am – Doors open at 9am
10am – $75 – Hatchet Tournament begins. 24 thrower cap for tournament will conclude by 3pm.
3pm – $100 per team – Hatchet Duals Marathon begins. Expectation that marathon will conclude before 10pm. Using it as a warmup to practice for Sunday / practice lanes available at the conclusion of the Duals Marathon.
Sunday, 7/20:
9am – Doors open at 9am
10am – $50 – Big Axe Tournament. 18 thrower cap in tournament. Tournament will conclude around 12pm.
12:30pm – $100 per team – Hatchet Duals Tournament. Tournament will conclude around 3pm.
